Lucky Land

The Lucky Land residential complex is a new regional centre of the Kyiv metropolis with a full-fledged internal infrastructure. The concept of the complex was developed by DIM Group together with the architectural bureau Archimatika. Its main idea is to combine modern innovations with the traditions of Kyiv architecture. 

The Scandinavian-style neighbourhood is located near a large natural area, which is environmentally friendly for living. The complex is surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest of more than 100 hectares on the northern side, and the recreational area of Kyiv, Pushcha Voditsa, is a 5-minute drive from Lucky Land. 

Seven blocks of the comfort+ class residential complex are located on a territory of 28.5 hectares with its own developed internal infrastructure and form a multifunctional live-work-play district that will fully meet the daily needs of residents.
