What you can expect from Axxon

What Axxon expects from you

  • Fully exploit opportunities within your region
  • Strategically focus on the product's unique features, rather than commodity features
  • Generate a minimal SW revenue according to business plan, with pre-defined quarterly payments
  • Use an Axxon-approved business plan
  • Develop, manage and support at least five resale partners and ensure they follow partner program requirements
  • Provide products and documentation to resellers in accordance with Axxon licensing and delivery guidelines
  • Deliver standard end-user training courses to resellers, or to end-users via sub-contracted reseller, in their local language
  • Establish a regional, local language support service for resellers that includes at least one dedicated support specialist, issues tracking, guaranteed reaction and resolution time, and escalation procedure
  • Refrain from direct sales to end-users
  • Train and certify at least five dedicated staff members at Axxon's training centre
  • Strictly adhere to Axxon's marketing and branding guidelines
  • Participate in regional exhibitions and trade shows to promote Axxon's brand and products
  • Generate a strong sales pipeline with un-weighted revenue coverage of at least three times that of the planned budget
  • Follow product release plans and ensure no more than six months delay between release and availability in your region
  • Obtain local product certificates when required by your region
  • Do not promote and/or sell products that directly compete with Axxon products, or provide promotional and/or sales services to Axxon's mainstream competitors
