Constantly developing and improving its products, in 2002 the company was the first to offer network video cameras with on-board processing capacity comparable to that of a PC. On-board logic enables significantly reduced traffic and load on the network, storage systems and data processing systems.

Another distinctive feature of Mobotix cameras is their high resolution. All Mobotix cameras have at least 1 mexapixel resolution. And since the end of last year, Mobotix cameras offer a resolution of 3 megapixels. This enables a significant reduction in the number of cameras needed to monitor a facility.

The manufacturer’s use of an open interface and free SDK provision to integrate the cameras into third party software is an extremely important factor.
