Moscow, April 16th, 2007 - Axxon (former ITV) Group announces Vladislav Martynov as the company's new co-owner and board chairman. A top executive with global experience in building software businesses, Martynov is prepared to bring Axxon (former ITV) to the forefront of the global video security market.

"My vision is to build a global software company in the developing and quickly emerging market of intelligent video and security technology," explains Martynov.

Before joining Axxon (former ITV), Martynov was President of Columbus IT International (one of the largest Microsoft Global MBS partners), during which time he successfully reorganized the company, stabilized finances, enabled the company's expansion across the global market, and substantially increased the value of company shares. Prior to this, as Managing Director of Microsoft Business Solutions in Russia, and then as Senior Director at Microsoft Corporation's headquarters, Martynov was responsible for implementing the World Wide ISV Partner Strategy, and building relationships with independent software developers. Martynov's initiatives helped Microsoft triple its number of ISV partners during 2004-2005.

"Today, I see an opportunity for IT infrastructure and security software to converge, which will initiate the next wave of evolution in the way people and businesses use video software and security systems. By creating adaptable, intelligent security solutions that function as a central security environment, our customers can save a substantial amount of time, frustration and above all, money, even as technology changes."

Using intelligent video surveillance and integrated security systems, Axxon (former ITV) helps governments, institutions and commercial operations in a wide range of vertical markets. Unlike other players in the technology security market, Axxon (former ITV) offers a universal technological platform, thereby allowing users to integrate and leverage disparate systems, including security, building automation, business intelligence, and more. As a result, Axxon (former ITV) customers can increase efficiency and maximize return on their IT and hi-tech investments beyond what was previously possible. Axxon (former ITV) software has been successfully integrated with a wide variety of technologies ranging from gunshot recognition to POS terminals.

At the core of Axxon (former ITV)'s innovative digital technologies is by Murat Altuev, Axxon (former ITV) president and founding director. Comments Altuev, "We are committed to the highest international standards in business management and partner/customer relations. Mr. Martynov's expertise in IT market and international software business management will help us to carry out our integration strategy and create international opportunities for our partners and customers around the world."

Immediate goals for the company include restructuring corporate management, building a strong infrastructure for future growth, and providing products within national and international markets.
